Yes. Depending on the scope of work and your municipality, we help manage the permit process as part of general contracting so you're not left chasing paperwork on your own.
Can you work with older homes as well as new builds?
Both, regularly. Older GTA homes often need extra attention around moisture, wiring and uneven framing, while newer builds have their own standard details. We adjust our approach either way.
How do you handle unexpected issues once work starts?
If we open a wall or floor and find something that wasn't visible during the quote, we stop, explain what we're seeing, and give you options before any extra work happens.
Is there a best time of year to renovate?
Interior projects like basements, kitchens and bathrooms can run through the year, though we do plan around Ontario winter weather for anything touching the exterior or requiring materials delivery.
